UPDATE: Argan (AGX) Raises Annual Dividend by 42.86% to $1.00, 1.7% Yield

Argan (NYSE: AGX) declared an annual dividend of $1.00 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 42.86% increase from the prior dividend of $0.70.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 20, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of October 19, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
