KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (NYSE: KREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2017.
