Voya Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR) declared a monthly dividend of $.024 per share, or $0.288 annualized. This is a 4% decrease from the prior dividend of $.025.

The dividend will be payable on September 22, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 11, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
