Simmons First National Corp (NASDAQ: SFNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2017.
