United Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
