E-mailInvestors Title Co (NASDAQ: ITIC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
