Badger Meter (NYSE: BMI) declared an annual dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.13 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.3 percent.
