UPDATE: United Community Banks (UCBI) Increase Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.10; 1.4% Yield

United Community Banks (NASDAQ: UCBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is an 88.9% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.09.

The dividend will be payable on October 5, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 13, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
