Albemarle (ALB) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c, Confirms Outlook

Albemarle (NYSE: ALB) reported Q2 EPS of $1.13, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $737.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $736.41 million.

Outlook

Based on our strong performance in the first half of 2017, we confirm our guidance of $2.90 to $3.05 billion in net sales, adjusted EBITDA of $835 to $875 million, and adjusted EPS per diluted share of $4.20 to $4.40.
