Ingersoll-Rand (IR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.45; 2.1% Yield

Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
