Willis Towers Watson (WLTW) Misses Q2 EPS by 6c, Miss on Revenues; Lowers FY17 EPS Outlook

Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW) reported Q2 EPS of $1.45, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.93 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.96 billion.

Outlook for 2017

For 2017, the Company expects current constant currency revenue growth of 2% to 3% and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share in the range of $8.36 to $8.51. The updated adjusted Earnings per Share range reflects a $0.04 decline from the previous guidance due to the divestiture of the Global Wealth Solutions business.
