RealPage (RP) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c, Offers Q3 and FY Guidance

RealPage (NASDAQ: RP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $161.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.22 million.

GUIDANCE:

RealPage sees Q3 2017 EPS of $0.23-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.24. RealPage sees Q3 2017 revenue of $172-174 million, versus the consensus of $170.3 million.

RealPage sees FY2017 EPS of $0.89-$0.93, versus the consensus of $0.92. RealPage sees FY2017 revenue of $661-667 million, versus the consensus of $655.9 million.
