American States Water (NYSE: AWR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, or $1.02 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.242.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 11, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
