MGP Ingredients (NASDAQ: MGPI) declared a special dividend of $0.85 per share.
The dividend will be payable on September 8, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
