Versum Materials (NYSE: VSM) reported Q3 EPS of $0.48, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $290.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $265.64 million.

GUIDANCE:

• Versum Materials sees FY2017 revenue of $1.09-1.12 billion, versus the consensus of $1.07 billion.
• Expect Adjusted EBITDA of $365 - $375 million, up 12% to 15% from fiscal year 2016
