Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.305 per share, or $1.22 annualized. This is a 1.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.300.

The dividend will be payable on October 6, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 2, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2017.
