New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) reported Q2 EPS of $1.03, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $318 million versus the consensus estimate of $199.29 million.

• GAAP Net Income of $322 million, or $1.04 per diluted share
• Core Earnings of $318 million, or $1.03 per diluted share*
• Common dividend of $154 million, or $0.50 per share
