Regions Financial (NYSE: RF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 28.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 8, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
