Abiomed (ABMD) Tops Q1 EPS by 40c, Raises Lower End Of FY 2017 Guidance By $5M

Abiomed (NASDAQ: ABMD) reported Q1 EPS of $0.82, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.89 million.

GUIDANCE:

Abiomed sees FY2018 revenue of $560-575 million, versus the consensus of $570.4 million.
