Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.77 vs $0.89 last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.44 million.

2017 Outlook

The Company is updating its operating and financial expectations for full-year 2017 to account for second quarter transactions and operating results through June 30, 2017. The Company’s expectations do not build in any additional acquisitions, dispositions or capital market activities for 2017.
