Eagle Bancorp Montana (NASDAQ: EBMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2017.
