Two River Bancorp (NASDAQ: TRCB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.18 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2017.
