Northern Trust (NASDAQ: NTRS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
