S&P Global (SPGI) Declares $0.41 Quarterly Dividend; 1.1% Yield

S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 28, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of August 24, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
