YuMe (YUME) Declares $1.00 Special Dividend; Reiterates Guidance

YuMe (NYSE: YUME) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

The dividend will be payable on July 7, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 21.4 percent.

The Company is reiterating its previous guidance calling for adjusted EBITDA in the range of $3.5 million to $6.0 million in the current quarter ending June 30, 2017; it plans to announce its financial results for the second quarter 2017 on or about August 8, 2017.
