New Residential Investment (NRZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.2% to $0.50; 12.5% Yield

New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.48.

The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.5 percent.
