W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.995.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
