Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.2115 per share, or $2.538 annualized. This is a 0.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.211.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
