Whitestone REIT (WSR) Declares $0.285 Quarterly Dividend; 9.3% Yield

Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.285 per share, or $1.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 5, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.3 percent.

The third quarter dividend will be paid in three installments of 9.5 cents each as detailed below:
