Horizon Bancorp (NASDAQ: HBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on July 21, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 7, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of July 5, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
