Owens Realty Mortgage (NYSE: ORM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
