Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.230 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 27.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
