Mack-Cali Realty (CLI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 33.3% to $0.20; 2.9% Yield

Mack-Cali Realty (NYSE: CLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 6, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of July 3, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
