Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.655.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
