Eagle Point Credit (ECC) Declares $0.20 Monthly Dividend; 11.9% Yield

Eagle Point Credit (NYSE: ECC) declared a monthly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.9 percent.
