Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2017.
