Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2017.
