Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.505 per share, or $2.02 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.495.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
