Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on June 21, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
