W.R. Berkley (WRB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.14; 0.8% Yield

W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
