Timken (TKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.8% to $0.27; 2.3% Yield

Timken (NYSE: TKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
