Newell Brands (NWL) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c, Updates FY EPS Guidance

Newell Brands (NYSE: NWL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.22 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Newell Brands sees FY2017 EPS of $3.00-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.05. Newell Brands sees FY2017 revenue of $14.52-14.72 billion, versus the consensus of $14.7 billion.
