Getty Realty (NYSE: GTY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 6, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 22, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
