Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3875.
The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
