Hyster-Yale Materials (NYSE: HY) declared a quarterly dividend of $.3025 per share, or $1.21 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $.2950.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
