The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.

“Our consistent operating performance combined with the initial benefit of the recently completed Sampson drop-down transaction gave us the confidence to take a meaningful first step toward our previously announced guidance of at least $2.35 per unit for the full year of 2017,” said John Keppler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “We are pleased to continue our track record of quarter-over-quarter distribution increases even through the seasonal challenges typical during our first quarter.”
