PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.8050 per share, or $3.22 annualized. This is up 7% from the prior dividend. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2017. The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
PepsiCo has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1965, and 2017 marks the company's 45th consecutive annual dividend increase.
