HealthSouth (HLS) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c, Offers FY Guidance

HealthSouth (NYSE: HLS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.70, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $974.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $959.29 million.

GUIDANCE:

HealthSouth sees FY2017 EPS of $2.61-$2.73, versus the consensus of $2.67. HealthSouth sees FY2017 revenue of $3.85-3.95 billion, versus the consensus of $3.85 billion.
