Ball Corp. (NYSE: BLL) declared a quarterly dividend of $.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 53.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.065.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2017.
