Astoria Financial (NYSE: AF) reported Q1 EPS of $0.12, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $80.47 million.
Future Outlook
Commenting on the Company's future outlook, Mr. Redman stated, "As we previously announced on March 7, 2017, we have entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Sterling Bancorp.
